Paid plans (such as Brightly Budget Pro) are purchased only through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Those platforms process payments; their terms and billing policies apply, including how to cancel, manage subscriptions, or request refunds.

You agree to provide accurate billing information where required. Unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

Certain features use artificial intelligence to generate text based on your data and prompts (for example receipt extraction, the assistant chat, and periodic insight reports). AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your situation.

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always verify important information independently and consult a qualified professional when needed.
